Q: How do i place an order?

A: Ordering just got a whole lot easier!!  We now have TWO options for you:

- Once off – Perfect for those new to the Lavana family, or if you want to order every now and again when life gets a little hectic!!

To place a ONCE OFF order, simply go to the Order page, select which meal combination you're after, fill out a quick form, make payment and you're done.  We will then send a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. 

 

- Subscription – Our NEW set-and-forget function.  You no longer need to go online weekly to place your order.  Simply set up your recurring order with the confidence knowing that we will have your meals delivered fresh, right to your door every week.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

A: Lavana Wholefoods is a Melbourne based business and we are super excited to announce that we have just expanded our delivery zones!!  We have divided our deliveries into 3 catchments

 

Zone 1 - > 20 km from the CBD

Monday delivery

9am - 6pm

 

Zone 2 - 20 to 40 km from the CBD

20 - 30 km from the CBD, Monday delivery

30 - 40 km from the CBD, Tuesday delivery

9am - 6pm

 

Zone 3 - must be confirmed by Lavana Wholefoods

Please send your suburb name and postcode to hello@lavanawholefoods.com.au to confirm that we deliver to your area

Examples of Zone 3 deliveries include Anglesea, Ballarat, Bendigo, Castlemaine, Emerald, Geelong, Healesville, Mornington, Pakenham, Point Lonsdale, Sorrento, Torquay, Yarra Glen etc

Tuesday - Wednesday delivery, depending on suburb

9am - 6pm

 

Please note that all Monday deliveries are bumped to Tuesday in the case of a Public Holiday

 

Q: What if I'm not home when you deliver?

A: Not a problem!!  All meals are couriered in refrigerated vehicles and delivered in poly boxes with chiller blocks and are safe to be left by your door until you get home.  Alternatively we can also deliver to your workplace.

 

Q: Can I return the poly boxes and chiller blocks

A: Of course.  Simply leave out your poly boxes and chiller blocks and they will be collected by your driver when they make your next delivery.  Please note that we cannot accept the return of the meal packaging as this is a health and safety hazard for the drivers and Lavana Wholefoods staff.

 

Q: When do I need to order by?

A: Orders must be placed by midnight Wednesday to receive your meals the following week. This is so that we can order the correct amount of produce to ensure you receive the highest quality and freshest ingredients, and to minimise wastage.  

 

Q: How do I heat my meals?

A: All meals come with microwave heating instructions on your weekly menu.  You can also heat your meals out of their packaging in the oven or on the stove top.  

 

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my order?

A: If you have placed your order and need to cancel it BEFORE the midnight Wednesday cut off, please email us and we will refund your money in full.  If however it is AFTER midnight on Wednesday unfortunately fresh produce will have already been ordered and purchased so we will not be able to refund your money.

 

Q: What happens if I need to alter my order?

A: If you have placed your order and need to alter it BEFORE midnight on Wednesday please send through an email and we can make the necessary changes.  If however you need to make adjustments to your order AFTER midnight on Wednesday we cannot guarantee that we can do so.  Please email us and we can work together to come up with a solution. 

 

Q: I don’T eat onion and garlic. can you cater for me?

A: Most meals created in the Lavana Wholefoods kitchen have a no onion and garlic option. These meals are free from onion, garlic, spring onion, leek and chives.  Please select the NOG option at checkout if you require the lower fructose option.  

 

Q: I need my meals to be gluten free.  caN you cater for me?

A: Lavana Wholefoods' aim is to offer a wide selection of meals to cater for different dietary requirements.  This includes our gluten free option.  These meals contain no ingredients that contain gluten.  Please select the GF option at checkout if you require the this option.   Please note that although the highest level of care is taken to avoid cross contamination, our kitchen also processes gluten.

    

Q: Are there any lock in contracts?

A: There are two options when ordering.  You can chose the once off option and order online each week as needed with no contact.  If you prefer the added convenience of the set-and-forget function, you can enter into a contact with Lavana Wholefoods where we will provide you with weekly meals as per your request.  At any time, you can let us know in writing that you with to cancel your subscription.

 

Q: Can I view your privacy policy?

A: Of course you can!!  We will NEVER sell your personal information with a third party.  You can check out our full Privacy Policy below.
